Business Engagement Team Leader

Summary of duties:

The purpose of this role is to lead and support the Business Engagement Team to exceed their monthly KPIs and increase the volume of Apprenticeship vacancies across the company. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of reports and performance management of the Business Engagement Team.

Training Consultant [Assessor] within Key Schools Academy

Location: Home based covering – London, Essex and Kent area (Gillingham, Romford, Dartford, Woolwich and Gravesend)

Salary: £24k

Summary of duties:

To deliver high quality Teaching, Learning and Assessment to a caseload of
Learners within a school, mainly assessing the Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Framework [Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools STLS], Ensuring full compliance with awarding body standards, funding agency requirements and Ofsted. To ensure that learners progress well and experience high levels of satisfaction throughout their programme.

You will be sharing your experience and expertise with your learners, as their personal tutor/mentor throughout their Apprenticeship showing understanding, experience and expertise of the role as Teaching Assistant.

You may also support Managers, Team Leaders and Admin support staff within an appropriate Apprenticeship framework.  It is essential that you have knowledge of the school environment and clear understanding of the full Apprenticeship framework.

Experience supporting and delivering Functional Skills in maths, English and ICT.


•    Qualified Teaching Assistant
•    Certificate of Vocational Achievement or Teaching Assessment Qualification level 3 [Assessor A1/D32/D33]
•    Achievement of maths, English, ICT up to level 2
•    Passion to motivate and mentor Teaching Assistants
•    Understand Apprenticeships framework content
•    Deliver apprenticeships successfully within a school – showing a blended & flexible approach
•    Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
•    Flexible working to meet within the demands and constraints of a school environment
•    A DBS will be completed with the successful applicant

Generic Training Consultant (Assessor) Full Time

Summary of duties:

Key Training are currently looking for a qualified assessor that has the same passion, commitment and drive as us for the delivery of high quality training, support and assessment for our talent matched and adult apprentices.

Applicants will need relevant experience within the management sector and have experience of or a willingness and ability for workshop delivery.  They will need to hold Assessor Qualifications A1/D32/D33/TAQA to be able to manage their time effectively, form effective partnerships and support the desired outcomes for apprentices.
