Apprenticeships give you the opportunity to work for a real employer, earn a real salary and gain a real qualification whilst gaining valuable workplace skills and experience.
Anyone living in England, over 16 years old and not in full-time education can apply to be an apprentice.
You can earn while you learn:
All apprentices must receive the appropriate national minimum wage. At Key Training we encourage our employers to pay a salary higher than the national minimum wage with some vacancies fetching up to £250 per week.
Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage rate does not apply to Higher Apprenticeships.
You get a real job:
All apprentices should work for at least 30 hours a week, apart from in exceptional circumstances.
We work with a large number of trusted employers that cover a wide range of industries and services to ensure we can match you with the right job and with the right employer for you.
Apprenticeships with Key Training are available at Intermediate - Level 2 and Advanced Level 3 in areas such as Business Administration, Customer Service, Sales, IT, Recruitment , Education and many more.
You will get a real qualification:
All our apprenticeships programmes are at least 12 months long and lead to a national qualification that is respected by employers around the world. 82% of our apprentices go on to complete their qualification, higher than the national average.
It offers a real future:
On completion of an apprenticeship the majority of our apprentices go on to stay with their employer and often receive a promotion within 12 months.
Employers think that qualified apprentices are 15% more employable than those with other qualifications.
