Key Recruitment and Training are committed to offering employers quality recruitment and training solutions for all of your staff. All applicants complete a 5 stage recruitment process before they meet with you. This ensures that you are only interviewing candidates suitable for your vacancy. Whichever option you choose you and your candidate will receive full support from our sales team and your dedicated Training Consultant. In addition to our comprehensive and highly successful recruitment process we are also able to offer bespoke training solutions to your staff.

  • You will acquire a young employee who can be moulded and developed into the culture of your company.

  • The apprenticeship wage at £150 per week is a reduced alternative to National Minimum Wage.

  • Opportunity to grow your own workforce and develop the skills that you need in your business for the future.

  • You can apply for the government AGE Grant of £1500 for up to 5 apprentices - where eligible.

  • Fully funded by the SFA.

key advanced apprenticeship text

  • You will acquire a more qualified apprentice capable of starting on an Advanced Apprenticeship who wishes to develop in the workplace and not a classroom. They will also possess a good level of Maths and English skills.

  • Opportunity to grow your own workforce and develop the skills that you need in your business for the future.

  • You can apply for the government AGE Grant of £1500 for up to 5 apprentices - where eligible.

  • £200-£300 per week salary.

  • Fully funded by the SFA.

  • Up to 13 weeks work experience.

  • Opportunity to offer a young person work experience in a role that is otherwise unsuitable for an Apprenticeship.

  • Opportunity to trial a potential new permanent employee without the commitment of a contract of employment for a minimal expenses contribution to the Trainee.

  • £20 per day contribution to the Trainee's expenses.

  • Opportunity to see if the applicant is the right one for the business culture and team.

  • Opportunity to try multiple applicants before making the final decision on which one to make an offer of employment to.

  • Maximum 30 hours per week.

  • Fully funded by the EFA as part of the traineeship Programme.
