Key Training Vacancy - Quality Assurer to support with both online and face to face classroom delivery

Key Training are looking for a Quality Assurer in CS, BNA, HR to support with both online and face to face classroom delivery, to ensure the learner’s experience is enjoyable and ambitious at every stage of their journey. The right candidate will provide high quality support to our Learning Coaches by observing, monitoring portfolios to improve the quality of teaching and learning, whilst ensuring delivery staff have the appropriate support and training to deliver to company, ESFA, awarding organisations and Ofsted framework standards.

The right candidate will need to have the following knowledge, skills and experience:

• Qualified Assessor and Internal Verification qualifications (TAQA Awards/A1/V1)
• Teaching and Learning qualifications.
• Experienced in apprenticeship delivery and assessment methods needed in standards and frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Efficient in the use of IT and Microsoft programmes.
• Knowledge of ESFA funding and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge/experience of online portfolios.
• Knowledge and understanding of the requirements of End-Point Assessment
