COURSE AIMS:

70% of the workforce in the UK are diverse and yet we live in a society where organisations do not fully understand EDI or harness the vast benefits that inclusion brings.

This course is designed to give everyone the absolute base level of knowledge and skills needed to truly understand EDI and to have the skills and language to challenge exclusion and maximise inclusion.

COURSE OVERVIEW:

This programme gives you the essential knowledge and skills to truly understand Equity Diversity and Inclusion today and to know how to harness the benefits of inclusion. The day is very interactive with a blend of legal information, reflective exercises, story-telling and real case studies for you to practise the skills of calling in and calling out.

Attending will greatly raise your awareness to the complexity of EDI today and give you the skills to create an environment where people are truly included.
