COURSE AIMS:

70% of the workforce in the UK are diverse and yet we live in a society where organisations do not fully understand EDI or harness the vast benefits that inclusion brings.

This course is designed to introduce you to EDI and the legislation that underpins being in a workplace where everyone has a role to play in ensuring we understand what good practice is.

COURSE OVERVIEW:

This workshop gives you essential knowledge and understanding of Equity Diversity and Inclusion. The half day is interactive with a blend of legal information, reflective exercises, and case studies for you to build your knowledge in this area.

Attending will greatly raise your awareness to the fundamentals of EDI today and how you can contribute towards creating an inclusive workplace.
