COURSE AIMS:
This session is designed to enable managers and leaders to understand and utilise Situational Leadership to acknowledge individuality of their team members so that they use the most appropriate methodology to develop, grow and motivate their people.
We will look at the Hygiene factors and the Motivation factors that enable individuals to feel satisfied and rewarded in the workplace thereby increasing the levels of trust in all levels of the organisation.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:
On completion of this course delegates will be able to:
- Recognise their own default style of Leadership and be able to tailor their approach to meet the needs of the people they are managing and leading - one size does not fit all
- Gain increased levels of self- awareness- understand the impact they have on others
- Understand the importance of motivating others, especially in a constantly changing and challenging environment
- Understand what knowledge, skills and behaviours underpin successful leadership and management
